Return Policy for USA, Puerto Rico & Canada

All returned items must be unused, unstained, undamaged, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygienic protectors intact.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Wanitta covers the shipping costs for returns (USA).

For SALE items, returns are not accepted. No exceptions.

Use our Return Portal with your order number and ZIP code to start the return process.

Once the return label is provided, you have 15 days to ship the return. If the return is not shipped within this period, the label will be canceled, and the return will not be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges. Refunds will be issued as a Gift Card or by the method by which the payment was originally made.
