Terms and Conditions for In-Store and Online Promotions

Promotions are valid only during the specified period and may be applied in our physical store in Wynwood, Miami, or through our online store in the U.S. (Wanitta.com). Products purchased on promotion are not exchangeable or refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered by the warranty. In such cases, the amount paid for the product will be recognized as credit for an exchange or repair.

The promotional discount is reflected directly in the product price or at checkout, both in the physical store and online. Please ensure you verify the discount before completing your purchase.

Returns and cash or credit refunds are not accepted for products purchased on promotion, except for the warranty cases mentioned above. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions currently in the store or online.

In the case of manufacturing defects, the corresponding warranty will apply, and the amount paid for the product will be recognized for an exchange or repair. To activate the warranty, you must present the purchase receipt and provide photos clearly showing the defect in the item via email ecomerce@wanitta.com

These conditions apply exclusively to purchases made in our physical store in Wynwood, Miami, or through our online store in the U.S. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Any changes will be duly communicated through our official channels.
